Chassis
- The bodywork is manufactured entirely from carbon-fibre Kevlar composite material. Panels like the inner wheel arches and sills have a higher Kevlar content for flexibility and durability reasons
- Front-end packaging is improved by eliminating the two small side water coolers, which were prone to damage in close racing. The centrally mounted water cooler is better protected from collision damage. The cooling air exits via a duct in the bonnet. The carbon-fibre cooling air channels for the cockpit are laminated onto the underside of the bonnet and further enhance the packaging.
Interior
- Trim without noise insulation, integral roll cage
- The interior design Focuses on ergonomics and drivers safety. The center console is tilted towards the driver in order to improve accessibility of the switches and control elements
