The car was built by him for Dr. Bill Rollwitz. According to the records on the Internet, Sam, Bill, Andre Toennis and Shareef Malnik drove the car to 30th place at the IMSA 12 hours of Sebring March 1999. Sam and Bill drove the car in the Grand Prix at Road Atlanta on April 99 to 34th place finish.
