Rossion Q1-R

Sold
[ Race Car / Exotic ]

This is the track version of the Rossion Q1, hand crafted at Rossion Automotive in Palm Beach, FL and 1 of only 3 produced.

This car was custom ordered by Motorsport Ranch in Cresson, TX in 2014 and utilized in its exotic drive experience.  As such the vehicle has seen less than 9 hours of total track time before being placed in storage.  The second and current owner brought the vehicle back to track ready but is moving to PCA racing.

It’s an amazing track car and can keep up with the most expensive performance vehicles from other car manufacturers.

Interior: The interior looks like your typical racecar interior; full rollrage, quick release racing wheel and hub, control panel for the car’s various functions, and a fully integrated AIM digital dashboard that shows all of the car’s systems.

The car has a carbon-kevlar dashboard and door covers. There are also OMP racing seats with 5-point racing harnesses, and a built-in fire suppression system. The car has a tig-welded tubular space frame and is mid engine and RWD, all of these things make for one very capable track car.

Exterior: The QIR’s body is made of a carbon-kevlar composite, this material is very light and also credibly strong. Aerodynamics are a major part of the design of this car. The car has massive cooling ducts wherever possible, they are functional and also aesthetically pleasing.

This is a small car with a wheelbase of 96 in. and an overall length of 162 in. The car is finished in a nice gloss white and has dark gray lightweight forged alloy 17″ wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

Drivetrain: The QIR is powered by a 2.0L
Ecoboost 16V 14 engine that has an aluminum block and heads. The engine produces 323 HP and 340 lb-ft of torque.

With the car weighing in at 1,800 lbs, that puts the 0-60 of this little rocketship at 2.9 seconds, which is on par with any Ferrari, Lamborghini, or McLaren on the market, but at a fraction of the price. All that power is routed to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission.

The car has an LSD, Wilwood vented/slotted 13″ rotors front and rear, as well as Koni double-adjustable coilover dampers and H&R springs.

Recently it’s had a full tune up, all liquids flushed, new Michelin Pilot Spot 4S.  The stock shifter was replaced with a Porsche 996 GT3 short throw shifter and a fresh wrap in green.

The car is currently garaged in Benbrook, TX.
