Kremer K-3 935 Prototype
This car started out as a Porsche 1967 912.
Reimagined as updated mid-engine Porsche 935 designed and built by Vision Motorsports of Laguna Hills, Ca.
Porsche frame still exists from B pillar to front cowl with the rest of the car tube frame.
Engine started as 4.5L Cayenne V8 Twin Turbo
Selector knob inside on dash with three different race boost maps giving driver options from lowest boost setting with 700 horsepower and 700 lbs of torque to over 1,000 horsepower and 850 lbs. of torque. Side note, I always raced on lowest boost setting. Pro driver Tom Dyer last march during test day at Willow Springs turned low 1:18’s in the first 3 laps driving the car for the first time on lowest boost setting.
